Christmas Opening Times
We will be closed over the Christmas holidays from 1pm Friday 23rd December 2016 until 8am Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
Christmas Deliveries
- Our last LCB van delivery will be Friday 23rd December.
- The last deliveries via our courier service will be despatched on Thursday 22nd December, and delivered on Friday 23rd December.
We strive to fulfil all orders before Christmas. Please order early to help us achieve this.
2016 at Loveless Cook Blinds
It’s been another busy and successful year at LCB. As we’ve continued to expand, one of the most important things we’ve done this year is improving our equipment, enabling us to provide our customers with a better, faster service. We got a brand-new LCB van out on the road – and a brand-new driver, after Paul, our van driver of 22 years, retired this summer. In our Norwich factory, we installed a new vertical blind machine, which uses heat seals as opposed to stitching louvers. This makes our new vertical blinds aesthetically pleasing and suitable for hospital standards. We have also invested in a new roller table, which has helped us increase our capacity for manufacturing roller blinds.
We also improved our connections within the soft furnishings industry this year. Connecting with networking group CABMFF (Curtain, Blind and Furnishing Makers Friendly Forum), we exhibited at both of their flagship events: April Interiors and October Interiors. Held at the world-famous Cheltenham Racecourse, both events are among the largest – if not the largest – soft furnishings trade shows in the UK. It was a great opportunity to meet new people, showcase our latest products and talk about our work, and we’re looking forward to the 2017 shows already.
2017 at Loveless Cook Blinds
2017 is a very special year for LCB, as it will mark an amazing 30 years of trading! We have plenty in store to make the year memorable, including launching a new catalogue (complete with extra product lines), a new website, and an in-house Agony Aunt who can help you with all your soft furnishings questions. In the factory, we will be increasing our stock holding, meaning certain product lines will be available on a next day delivery service. Outside of business, we will be involved with GoGoHares as part of the Cooks group!
